StreetBond SB 120 is a two-component, advanced, waterborne, epoxy-modified acrylic coating that incorporates factory-blended, durable UV-stable pigments that help protect the substrate from the damaging effects of UV rays and heat while enhancing the aesthetics of the pavement surface. Formulated for use on pedestrian areas with very low or no vehicular traffic.

Colorant
StreetBond Colorants are water-based, epoxy-modified acrylic color additives (Part C) mixed with StreetBond SB120 or SB150 pavement coatings. They are designed to add rich, uniform, and skid-resistant color to both asphalt and properly primed concrete surfaces like crosswalks, streetscapes, and driveways.

- Part A = Acrylic Resin Base
- Part B = Epoxy Hardner "Curing Agent"
- Coverage = 200 sqft in 3 thin coats
- Formulated for use on pedestrian areas with very low or no vehicular traffic, StreetBond SB 120 can be used on textured (stamped) pavement, non-textured (flat) asphalt pavement, and on concrete with proper surface preparation.Ideal
- StreetBond SB 120 also meets ASTM E-303 standard for slip resistance, and can help protect the substrate from exposure to chemicals.
Colorant:
- StreetBond Traditional Colorants are water-based, epoxy-modified acrylic color additives (Part C) mixed with StreetBond SB120 or SB150 pavement coatings.
- They are designed to add rich, uniform, and skid-resistant color to both asphalt and properly primed concrete surfaces like crosswalks, streetscapes, and driveways.
- Once mixed, the catalyzed coating is typically applied in multiple coats via squeegee, roller, or heavy-bristle broom to ensure proper adhesion and build a durable, non-skid surface.
