Thank you for visiting and shopping at Builders Warehouse. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Most orders made by 2pm CST on a business day are shipped the same day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Right now we offer UPS Ground, Three-day Select, Second Day Air, or Next Day Air. Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
High VOC items cannot be shipped to California, Connecticut, Delaware, DC, Maricopa County Arizona, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Salt Lake County Utah, and Vermont. California also has restrictions on many other items.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Builders Warehouse is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Claims for any products damaged or lost during shipping must be filed with Builders Warehouse AND the shipment carrier within 3 days of delivery. The carrier is responsible for any damages. Please document any suspected damage with pictures before opening. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Builders Warehouse. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Returns must be authorized.
There is a 15% restocking fee on all items unless it has been shipped in error by us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Special or custom orders cannot be returned.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
