Since 1985, we've built our business on relationships. What began as a small Chicago contractor grew into one of the city's largest and most respected independent suppliers of residential and commercial exterior building materials through Lakefront Roofing & Siding Supply. Builders Warehouse, launched in 2018, extends that foundation by serving contractors and homeowners nationwide.

We now serve customers across the Midwest and nationwide, supplying professional-grade materials backed by decades of experience. Our objective is to give you what you need to succeed with quality products and practical knowledge on how to use them.

Who We Are

Builders Warehouse is the online and national sales arm of Lakefront Roofing & Siding Supply, a Chicago-based building materials supplier.

Builders Warehouse is operated by Lakefront Holdings, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company in good standing with the State of Illinois. “Builders Warehouse Chicago” is a registered assumed name of Lakefront Holdings, LLC.

Our operations are based out of 3465 N Kimball Ave, Chicago, IL 60618.

What We Do

We are an independent supplier of roofing and siding materials. We distribute products from leading manufacturers and focus on product availability, practical expertise, and long-term relationships with both customers and suppliers.

Giving Back

Builders Warehouse is owned by a nonprofit organization, and through this structure, our operations support community outreach in Chicago, including Cornerstone Community Outreach (CCO), which provides shelter and services to homeless and low-income families and individuals through a variety of programs.
