The Soprema 996 Asphalt Bleed Blocker is an engineered acrylic, single-component, water-based primer designed for application over BUR, modified bitumen, and smooth or mineral-surfaced cap sheet. 996 is designed to prevent asphalt bleed through when applying coating systems over all asphalt substrates.
