Lucas 1000TC Elastomeric Top Coating (5 Gallon White) is a 100% acrylic elastomeric roof coating designed for metal, modified bitumen, asphalt BUR, TPO, PVC, EPDM, Hypalon, and concrete roofs. This acrylic top coating has a high degree of rubber-like elasticity allowing this product to accommodate wide swings in temperature and significant building movement. In addition, Lucas  #1000TC  may be used for the complete restoration of most roofs when combined with polyester fabric reinforcement.
