It is formulated with UV inhibitors and SEBS rubber for durability making it a best-in-class flashing cement for permanent roof repairs in various weather conditions. It can be used to seal leaks and openings around flashings, chimneys, masonry, vents, skylights, joints in metal edging, gutters, etc.
