GAF EverGuard TPO Roofing Membrane 45mil 5'x100' White
EverGuard TPO offers flexibility, durability, UV reflectivity, and heatsealable properties. It’s inherently fungal-resistant and flexible without using plasticizers. Depending on thickness, it endures 2 to 2.5 times the industry standard (ASTM D6878 weather resistance test). Available in 12' rolls to cover more area with fewer rolls and seams. Allows heat-welded seams that provide greater seam strength than taped and other seams. Creates a highly reflective and emissive white roof that can help reduce cooling costs and the urban heat island effect.
