FAKRO LWF 869716 Wood Attic Ladder Fire Rated 22.5"x47"
The LWF model is a fire-rated attic ladder that provides easy access to the attic while functioning as a blaze block in case of fire. The hatch is manufactured with the use of fire-proof materials and is equipped with a gasket that expands under extreme heat. The LWF ladder is fire-rated at 30 minutes in accordance with NFPA 288 and 43 minutes in accordance with ASTM E119.
THE OPENING IS 22 1/2 INCHES BY 47 INCHES. THE LADDER HEIGHT IS 7 FEET 5 INCHES UP TO 8 FEET 11 INCHES.
Maximum loading weight is 300 lbs.

The FAKRO LWF Fire-Rated Attic Ladder is a half-hour fire-rated attic ladder that folds in three sections. A peripheral seal expands under extreme heat, sealing the hatch.
THE OPENING IS 22 1/2 INCHES BY 47 INCHES. THE LADDER HEIGHT IS 7 FEET 5 INCHES UP TO 8 FEET 11 INCHES.
Maximum loading weight is 300lbs.
Quality
FAKRO insulated attic ladders are sealed and the lid is made from solid wood and MDF with sandwich insulation. Once installed, hardware is fully concealed and the lid is paintable to match any ceiling colour.
